Are Software Upgrades Preventing the People from Learning the Truth in Minnesota?

This morning, June 24, 2022, I spoke on the phone with the Chisago County, MN, County Auditor and Treasurer about whether Chisago County had access to their cast vote records (CVR) which are a significant aspect of the machine audit trail that has been missing, so far, for every county in Minnesota.

The CVR report, as described in the recently published book, [S]elections in Minnesota: An Introduction to How Machines Controlled 2020 and Why We Must Return to Hand Counting Paper Ballots, allows the machines to tell on themselves.

In the phone call, the county auditor shared that Hart had done an onsite software upgrade about a month ago (around May 2022) which archived the 2020 election, and therefore the cast vote records were no longer available.

Destruction of Evidence?

In Spring 2021 a software upgrade, referred to as a “Trusted Build”, was done on the Mesa County, CO Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) Election Management System (EMS). Clerk Tina Peters did her statutory duty to save election records which was a God send because the software upgrade has proven to delete election records, a violation of the 22-month retention records.

Read the Mesa County, CO Report #3 by Jeffrey O’Donnell and Dr. Walter C. Daugherity who have a combined 77 years of relevant experience enabling them to competently prepare this detailed report proving among other significant finds that database manipulation absolutely occurred in 2020 and in 2021.
