Judge asks for briefings from recent rulings in other states

The Hearing on the Motion to Compel took place March 3rd, 2026 on this continuing lawsuit.

The initial complaint was filed in September 2025, 2025.

This December 2025 motion to dismiss was countered by this memorandum of law in January 2026.

According to MPR, "Judge Menendez asked both parties to file more briefings in response to recent rulings in similar voter data lawsuits. She said she’ll consider the arguments and decide whether to dismiss the case or move forward."

Motions have been made for expedited transcripts on the 3rd March hearing.
