One of them, Rick Weible, will lead a session tomorrow, March 1st, in Carver County, Minnesota, at the Chanhassen Recreation Center at 2310 Coulter Boulevard starting at 2pm sharp.
The session will begin with a discussion about ES&S and election hurdles followed by the "hand count" exercise.
