MN counties now FORCED to use electronic voting equipment in state elections

If Minnesota counties have previously authorized electronic voting systems, then this new election statute forces them to use them indefinitely for state elections:

It is obviously an absurd law. And note, even with this, nothing prohibits hand counting side by side, which several townships in Sherburne County passed resolutions toward before being pressured to stand down by Sherburne County Auditor and Attorney.

It should further be noted that CVR ballot images have been made non-public in Minnesota, which means counties/precincts are forced to tabulate electronically and then are unable to release the receipts.

Visited Jay Cooke State Park in 2022, will return in 2023 to hike 50 miles in support of 50 states moving to hand counting
