A Chance To Speak
A few more signatures on this SOS Nomination Form could possibly allow me to speak in front of 2,200 delegates at the MNGOP state convention on Friday May 13/14 as part of the SOS endorsement process.
Once we have the signatures, it is up to the MNGOP leadership to decide whether to amend the proposed rule which could exclude me (Rule 29 of Proposed Convention Rules).
To be endorsed under the proposed rules, it would also be required that they invite me to a Wednesday May 11 meeting (Rule 29 of Proposed Convention Rules) and receive a 2/3 qualified rating from the nominations committee (Article II Section 6 of Draft Bylaws).
